I have a working understanding of the regulatory and compliance frameworks that govern healthcare and life sciences, including the ABPI Code, medical device regulations and broader governance requirements and I make sure clients understand the rationale behind every recommendation before anything is built or signed off.
My previous roles as Managing Director and COO have given me a broad base of experience in business and marketing strategy, P&L management, team building, and scaling early-stage start-ups.
If there’s something outside my skill set, chances are I know someone trusted who can help. I focus on building open, long-term relationships—not locking clients into inflexible or unnecessary contracts.
