Day 2 - feeling sore
December 13th, 2008Managed to complete day 2 of week 1 (100 press up challenge) on Weds 10th Dec, so gave myself one rest day. I was feeling quite sore, but not surprising really as I have not really done any upper body exercise for quite some time. Struggled with the final set and had to rest a few times to get up to 12 reps. Will be doing day 3 of week 1 this evening.
